Common Questions

Is each client's data kept separate?
Yes. Every company profile is isolated — match results, drafts, and uploaded documents belong to that profile only. Your clients' data is never mingled or visible across profiles.
Can I put my agency's logo on exported proposals?
Branded exports are a core feature of the agency beta. You'll be able to upload your logo and configure a footer line that appears on every .docx exported under your account.
Do you submit grant applications on behalf of our clients?
No — Singapore regulations require that grant applications be submitted by the company itself via Corppass on the Business Grants Portal. Grantla prepares the matching analysis and proposal draft; your client handles the submission.
Which grants does Grantla cover?
73+ Singapore government schemes including PSG, EDG, MRA, Startup SG Founder, EEG, and many more. The database is updated when scheme rules change, so you're always working off current eligibility criteria.
Is there a minimum commitment to join the beta?
No commitment required. The agency beta is a closed programme — we onboard a small group of consultancies to co-develop the features. You get early access; we get feedback. No contract until we both decide to continue.
How does onboarding work for an agency?
After you fill in the form below, a Grantla team member will schedule a 30-minute walkthrough. You'll get sandbox access to the full dashboard and the agency features as they ship. Typical time from form submission to first live client on the platform: under a week.
