Corppass (Corporate Pass) is Singapore's corporate login for government services. If you're applying for grants like PSG, EDG, EEG, or MRA, you'll usually submit via the Business Grants Portal (BGP)—and you'll need Corppass to log in. Most owners only need a Corppass Admin account and a successful first login to BGP. This 5-minute setup guide covers registration, activation, verification, BGP access assignment, and troubleshooting common issues.

Corppass (Corporate Pass) is Singapore’s corporate login for government services. If you’re applying for grants like PSG, EDG, EEG, or MRA, you’ll usually submit via the Business Grants Portal (BGP) — and you’ll need Corppass to log in.

Most owners only need: (1) a Corppass Admin account, and (2) a successful first login to BGP.

How to Activate Corppass Account

Wondering how to activate Corppass account for your business? Follow our 5-minute setup path below to register, verify, and activate your Corppass Admin account so you can access government grant portals.

5-Minute Setup Path

  1. Confirm who will register the Admin account (see next section).
  2. Register a Corppass Admin account for your UEN.
  3. Complete email/SMS activation and verification.
  4. Log in to BGP once and complete the consent screen.
  5. (Optional) Create Sub-Admin accounts for staff who will help.
  6. Ensure your payout method is ready (PayNow Corporate or GIRO).

Who Should Register the Admin Account?

  • Sole proprietorship: the sole proprietor registers as Admin.
  • Companies/LLPs: a Registered Officer (director, partner, or company secretary) registers as Admin.

Only one Admin account exists per business entity. The Admin can create Sub-Admins and control service access.

What You Need

  • UEN and registered entity name (from ACRA business profile)
  • ID and details for the person registering (NRIC/FIN and contact info)
  • Email address and mobile number (for verification)

Register Corppass

Sole Proprietors

  1. Start Corppass registration (sole proprietor).
  2. Enter business details (UEN, business name).
  3. Verify identity and set up Admin credentials.
  4. Activate via email/SMS.

All Other Entities

  1. Start Corppass registration (other entities).
  2. Enter business details (UEN, business name).
  3. Verify the Registered Officer’s identity and set up Admin credentials.
  4. Activate via email/SMS.

First Login to BGP

  1. Go to BGP and choose Corppass login.
  2. Log in and complete 2FA (if prompted).
  3. On first login, approve the consent screen for BGP access.

Sub-Admin Accounts

Create Sub-Admins when:

  • Multiple people need access to BGP
  • You want to delegate tasks but keep Admin control

Sub-Admins can access only the services you grant (e.g., BGP). They typically can’t manage the Admin account or create other Sub-Admins.

Troubleshooting

  1. Registration says “Business Not Found”. Double-check your UEN and ACRA status; if the business was newly registered, wait 24–48 hours for systems to sync.
  2. “Authorised Signatory Not Recognised”. Ensure the person registering is listed as a director/partner/company secretary in ACRA records; update ACRA if needed.
  3. “Email Already Registered”. Try a different email, or contact support to resolve duplicate accounts.
  4. BGP shows “Access Denied / Service Not Available”. Confirm your Corppass account is active and you completed the BGP consent screen on first login; retry with a different browser if needed.
  5. Sub-Admin can’t access BGP. Confirm the Sub-Admin is activated and has BGP access granted; they may need to complete the consent screen.
  6. Invalid credentials / locked account. Reset password and check for temporary lockout after repeated attempts.
