Common Document Mistakes
Wrong company name on quotation Vendors sometimes use your trading name instead of registered name. Make sure quotations are addressed to your exact ACRA-registered company name.
Unsigned financial statements Management accounts must be signed off by an authorized person with name and designation clearly stated.
Missing cost breakdown “Professional services: S$30,000” is not enough. Break down by specific activities.
Outdated financial statements If it’s January 2025, your 3-year statements should cover FY2022, FY2023, FY2024 (or most recent completed years).

Each complete application takes approximately 8-12 weeks to process. Missing or incorrect documents will extend this timeline.
